The licence
FlipTurn is provided by Jerome Coloma and licensed to you through the Mac App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Where they differ, Apple’s agreement applies.
Your content
You keep every right to the documents, images and logos you use. We claim none. You are responsible for having permission to publish them.
Exported publications
You may host, copy and distribute publications you export, including for clients and commercial work, with no attribution to FlipTurn. The reader inside each export includes open-source software whose licences are listed in NOTICES.txt; keep that file with the reader when you publish it.
Price
FlipTurn is free at launch. If we later charge for the app or new features, the App Store will show the price before you pay anything. Publications you have already exported keep working whatever the app costs or whether you keep it.
Warranty and liability
We work to make FlipTurn reliable, but to the extent the law allows it is provided as is. Keep your own copies of important source files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
